Integrative therapy is a flexible approach that combines different therapeutic techniques and methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. Rather than sticking to one specific type of therapy, I blend tools from various approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and others, based on what will work best for the client. This approach recognizes that everyone is different, and by using a variety of techniques, integrative therapy helps people address their emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges in a way that feels personalized and effective.
