Integrative Psychotherapy Sessions

    Online Sessions

I offer online psychotherapy as a convenient and accessible way for individuals to engage in mental health support from the comfort of their own space. Using secure video conferencing platforms, I provide the same quality of care as in-person sessions, addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, challenges living abroad as an expat, and depression. This format helps eliminate barriers like travel time and location, making therapy more flexible and available to those who need it. This service is offered to those in Europe, but open to other locations depending on the regulations in your country.

    In-Person Sessions

I offer in-person psychotherapy sessions as a direct and personal approach to mental health care, where we can build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. These face-to-face meetings create a safe and supportive environment, allowing you to openly explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Sessions are based in central Athens, Greece, taking place for English speakers, often internationals, but open to all.

    Multi-Cultural Awareness

I practice multi-culturally aware psychotherapy, recognizing and respecting the diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, and experiences of my clients. After having lived in four countries, across three continents, I’ve tailor my therapeutic interventions to be sensitive to cultural differences, ensuring you feel understood and valued. Though, I can’t claim to be all-knowing and you are the expert in yourself, so culture, religion, race, etc. is an open topic we won’t shy around. By considering these factors, I create an inclusive and empathetic environment, fostering trust and enhancing the effectiveness of treatment for individuals from all cultural contexts.

    Trauma Informed

I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy, an approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma on mental health while prioritizing safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process. I am trained to understand the effects of trauma and work at a pace that respects your readiness to process difficult experiences. By fostering a compassionate and supportive environment, I help you heal, regain control, and develop healthier coping strategies, all while minimizing the risk of re-traumatization. For example, we can use evidence based techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization Processing, EMDR, fitted in an integrative way into our sessions.

    LGBTQIA+ Friendly Space

I offer LGBTQ+-friendly psychotherapy, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity, experiences, and concerns without fear of discrimination. As a therapist who affirms LGBTQ+ identities, I provide compassionate care that respects and validates your unique gender and sexual orientation. This approach promotes your mental well-being by addressing specific challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, such as issues related to coming out, gender dysphoria, and societal stigma, while fostering self-acceptance and resilience.

British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy Certified

I provide psychotherapy under the ethical guidelines set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring a high standard of care, professionalism, and accountability. As a BACP-certified therapist, I adhere to a strict code of ethics, which includes principles of confidentiality, respect, integrity, and competence. This certification reflects my commitment to best practices in therapy, offering you a trusted and ethical framework for support while ensuring that your mental health needs are met with the utmost care and responsibility.

We are not meant to do this alone

As a certified psychotherapist, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges through personalized sessions designed to address your unique emotional needs. I work with a broad range of concerns and diagnoses, supporting you in exploring your values and developing effective coping strategies to help you feel like yourself again.
